Ioannis Kythreotis
Ioannis Kythreotis received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture in 1981 and his Master of Architecture in 1983 from Washington University in St. Louis.
From 1983 until 1985 he worked in the U.S.A. as a member of the architectural team with Koetter, Kim & Associates in Boston on the Codex Corp. Headquarters project in Canton, Massachusetts.
During 1987-2001 he worked with Integron Design Ltd, a Cyprus based international firm, in various positions from Architect to Design Manager, on a number of projects such as airports, hotel and tourist developments along with commercial and housing projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Other projects included the master planning of the Porto Irini Resort in Paphos, Cyprus, the Harare International Airport Development and the Palace Hotel Development project in Accra, Ghana.
From 1990 to 2001 he was associated with KAL Engineering on various projects in Cyprus and abroad, including the New G.S.P. Stadium and Athletic Center in Nicosia. In 2001 he was appointed a Senior Architect of Theo. David Architects & KAL Engineering. He has served as senior architect for major projects including the "Spyros Kyprianou" Sports Arena, the G.S.P. Athletes Estia, the Gladstonos 22 Residences in Nicosia, and the Bleu residential development in Protaras.
